Supporters of the TradeTech 2008 Awards will be seen to be part of the forward direction of our industry and be associated with the most successful and progressive companies and individuals.
Sponsors will get unparalleled direct access to the key decision-makers from Europe’s leading buy-side and sell-side firms, all of whom are looking for the solutions that will aid them in managing regulatory change and achieving best execution.
Each sponsor will gain full exposure to all the participants for an exclusive networking evening and will be eligible for prime locations for VIP tables of 10 at the TradeTech Awards Ceremony and Dinner.
Each sponsor will have prominent branding:
- in all the preliminary marketing materials distributed globally
- in the extensive global coverage in the key magazines, newspapers and online services of all our media partners - both ahead of and immediately after the TradeTech Awards ceremony
- displayed throughout the venue at the TradeTech Awards Ceremony and Dinner
- in the TradeTech Awards Ceremony four-colour glossy programme
- on all the TradeTech websites and online services
- in all press releases and news announcements sent regularly to all industry practitioners as part of our extensive publicity campaigns ahead of and after the event
Sponsorship category:
- Sponsor name and logo associated with the Award Category on an exclusive basis
- Sponsor name and logo on all marketing materials both hard copy and electronic, on the relevant website(s), pre-Awards newsletters, Awards Ceremony booklet, looping logos on the video screens at the Ceremony and in post-ceremony media coverage and mailings
- Two VIP Tables of 10 persons each.
- WBR to assist with selection of other VIP guests and speakers
Hospitality sponsors:
- Champagne, wine, brandy, port, cigars, dessert buffet, chocolates, etc for the VIP table area or for the entire room
- Sponsor name and logo associated with the provision of the hospitality
- Sponsor name and logo on each VIP table
General sponsors:
- Sponsor name and logo associated with the Award Ceremony on a non- exclusive basis
- Sponsor name and logo on all marketing materials both hard copy and electronic, on the relevant website(s), pre-Awards newsletters, Awards Ceremony programme, looping logos on the video screens at the Ceremony and in post-ceremony media coverage and mailings
- Two VIP Tables of 10 persons each.
Awards programme:
- An A4 glossy Awards programme with full listings of the Shortlist of Finalists, plus running order for the evening and details of the compere and presenters and menu. Prime advertising positions within the programme are available to sponsors.
